This photo illustrates Confederation College Graduates from Human Resources Management Programs who were here representing their respective employers at the Career Fair this fall. (Except for the old Prof in the back corner –that’s me)

All of these graduates are gainfully employed in their chosen profession (HR) and from the looks on their faces, seem to be pretty happy about their careers.  Professional experience of the people in the picture varies from 1 year to over 20.

In my opinion, this is what student success is all about, and represents a group of happy people who have changed their lives through learning.
