Knowledge Ontario

The Library is proud to be a participant of the province-wide Knowledge Ontario project. The mission of Knowledge Ontario is to deliver "enhanced services to and through the province's publicly funded libraries by supporting equity of access to information, creation of digital content, research and literacy". The three project areas listed below are accessible. We welcome your comments on how this site enhances learning in your program area!

Learn Ontario

Learn Ontario is the Knowledge Ontario project focused on ensuring that digital learning tutorials are readily available online, 24/7 to help Ontarians make the most of their digital literacy skills.  This site includes a rich collection of online tutorials to help you learn and use:

  • standard workplace and production software applications
  • provincially licensed OESS K-12 software
  • web 2.0 and social media tool sets
  • the information databases provided by Resource Ontario

Resource Ontario

Provides access to a multitude of electronic resources and materials, including full-text newspapers, magazines and books to all Ontarians free of charge! To access within the college, visit Resource Ontario.ca.
