Articulation agreements between Confederation College and a number of universities facilitate university admission for Confederation College graduates by giving credit for college study. Our graduates may receive credit for several courses, or for a year or more towards a university degree.

The First Nations Natural Resources Youth Employment Program (FNNRYEP) is a 2-year pan-Boreal program (offered by the Confederation College Natural Resouces Centre) with the affirmed goal to create awareness, generate interest and provide the pathway for First Nations youth between the ages of 16 to 18 to pursue education, training and employment in natural resource science based sectors such as forestry and mining.

The Workforce Literacy Essential Skills Project (WLES) was developed to assist adults in North-western Ontario who need to increase their education to access opportunities for employment, apprenticeship, college and university. The WLES project also offers support to employers who are interested in assisting their employees to develop literacy and numeracy skills.
