You are in a Crisis if...

  • You are unable to stop crying
  • You have thoughts of hurting yourself
  • You have thoughts of hurting others
  • You have not eaten in a few days
  • You have not slept in a few days
  • You are unable to go out or go to class
  • You are being physically hurt or abused

Crisis and Counselling Services in the Thunder Bay Area

Confederation College's E-Counselling Service cannot provide the proper support that you need in times of crisis. You would best be served by contacting your local emergency services and crisis lines.

You should also consider seeking the assistance and support of a friend, parent, Medical Doctor, teacher, co-worker, minister or therapist.
