A “hands-on” learning process where academic study terms are alternated with paid work periods of career related experience. Co-op extends learning beyond the limitations of the classroom into the “real world” ensuring that skills taught meet the needs of the industrial and business communities. The student, employer and college are linked to form a successful partnership by applying theory to practice.
