Mobile Application Development (NEW!) Part-time Studies/Online

Overview

Mobile development is defined as the set of technical tasks required to develop a front-end interface and interaction with the user that features new ergonomics and communication channels or back-end support for mobile access to “the cloud”. Students in this program will gain a broad range of skills in developing various applications for mobile device platforms.

You must complete all courses within 5 years of acceptance into the program, however you will have the flexibility to set own schedule and may be able to complete the program sooner. Textbooks may be required for the courses in this program please visit the Textbook/Materials - Online Learning (CE) page for more information and to access the booklist.

Complete the Application for Admission to a Part-time Online Program.

Upon completion of required courses, submit Request to Graduate form.

Employment Opportunities

The rapid proliferation of mobile devices combined with the demand for continuous information access by consumers is creating exciting employment opportunities. Graduates may find employment in all levels of government, including health care and education, as well as business, marketing and communications.
